Terms and Conditions

By Signing up to be an affiliate in Learnhub.Online, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Before signing up, please make sure to read them thoroughly. Any violation of these Terms could result in your Affiliate rights being terminated or suspended.

1. Affilitate

a. Account Registration

In order to sign up for an Affiliate account, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other details required. Each account is for a single legal body or a single person. We do not encourage you to share your username and password with someone else, even though they are on the same network as you. You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

b. Referral Fee

Customers must click-through a link from your website, blogs, email, or other messages to the Learnhub.Online website and make a purchase to be eligible for a referral fee. You will not receive a referral fee if they do not make a purchase and later return without following your connection or make a purchase after a certain time span.

Only connections that are automatically monitored and recorded by our programs will be awarded the referral fees. The visitor must have cookies allowed in order for our systems to detect the referral. If someone appears to have signed up from you but our system does not monitor it, we will not pay a referral charge.

If the visitor clicks/visits the link from your website, blogs, or email in a browser and makes a purchase from a separate browser/device; we will not pay a referral charge. If the goods/service are returned then the referral fee will be void.

Referral Fee may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payment for any credited transaction has not been received from a Retailer or its agencies and/or misuse or fraud. This can include transactions that are already marked as payable or validated in your Account, or for transactions that have already been paid over. In all such incidences, Learnhub.Online has the right to recover all unduly paid amount which the member is not entitled to earn, through legal proceeding

c. Payment

Affiliate will be paid via Bank tansfer only.

Payment made will be according to NRB, tax, and other government bodies guidelines.

Payment duration: Net 30 Payments*.

TDS to individuals and companies would be deducted accordingly. And Vat bills to be provided by the concerned parties.

Affiliates are requested to submit a copy of their PAN/VAT registration copy to be able to receive payments.

Net 30 means payment is due thirty days after the invoice date. For example, if an invoice is dated January 1 and it says “net 30,” then the payment is due on or before January 30

2. Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member’s access to our service, or parts of it if in our reasonable view the relevant Member or Account appears to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

It is each Member’s obligation to ensure that any material posted by him/her or associated with his/her Account:

  1. is not defamatory, offensive, or abusive or of an obscene, indecent or menacing nature;
  2. is not intended or likely to cause needless annoyance, inconvenience, or distress to any person;
  3. does not contain any computer virus, macro virus, Trojan horse, worm, or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt, or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer or to surreptitiously intercept, access without authority, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information;
  4. does not breach the rights of any person or entity (including any rights or expectations of privacy);

Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your Account, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

If you see or experience anything on our Platform that appears to infringe any of the above requirements, we would like you to inform us by using our contact form.

Each Member acknowledges that we are entitled, but not obliged, to withdraw any material, which appears – based on information received from third parties or other Members – to be in breach of this Agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, Learnhub.Online assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any loss or damages caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your access to, use of, or browsing in this site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the site.

4. Communications

You hereby expressly agree to receive communications by way of SMS, e-mail, and any other messages from time to time from Learnhub relating to Services provided through the Website.


5. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is intended to contain your entire agreement with us relating to the Learnhub Service; we believe it to be fair and reasonable. It replaces all earlier agreements and understandings with you relating to the Learnhub Service, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either of us.


6. Changes to this Agreement:

We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and post the new version on the Learnhub.Online. When we do so, we will post the new version of the Agreement on Learnhub.Online, and the new version of these terms and conditions will take effect:

commencing no less than three days after the date of posting (or such later date as we indicate in the relevant posting), if any of the changes is to an operative provision of this Agreement which is capable of adversely affecting you; if you do not wish to be governed by the new version of the Agreement, you may notify us on or before the date when the new version of the Agreement is to take effect, and from that date you must cease to use our service or immediately upon the date of posting (or such later date as we indicate in the relevant posting), if the changes are not to operative provisions, or not capable of adversely affecting you – examples of which would include, without limitation, changes to contact details referred to, or the refinement of provisions that are already included, in this Agreement.
